- Provide excellent customer service by accurately and expeditiously opening new accounts and processing transactions.
- Expand the use of alternative delivery systems, such as online banking and mobile banking, to improve client convenience.
- Identify opportunities for clients to borrow and originate consumer loan applications.
- Participate in sales events and activities to increase sales and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ensure continued relationships with clients by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Audit cash drawers, balance ATM and vaults, and maintain security procedures.
- Coach junior Banking Specialists on products, services, and policies.
