We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our brand and creative strategy. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will oversee all creative initiatives, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with our mission to enrich the communities we serve. This individual will collaborate across marketing functions and departments to shape a cohesive and impactful brand presence while delivering compliant, customer-focused, high-performing campaigns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Brand Strategy : Lead the development and evolution of the bank’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Creative Leadership : Oversee the creation of marketing assets and campaigns, including advertising, social media content, website, video, print, and in-branch content, with a focus on driving growth and engagement.
- Team Management : Manage day-to-day operations and requirements of the design team, mentor and coach the Graphic Design Specialist, and collaborate with Marketing team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Customer-Centric Design : Advocate for user experience (UX) best practices in all customer-facing materials and platforms.
- Data-Driven Insights : Leverage analytics to measure the effectiveness of creative initiatives and refine strategies based on performance. Present and measure KPIs regularly to senior leadership.
- Innovation : Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for design that reflects in daily work, actively seeking inspiration from industry trends and innovations to introduce new creative approaches that differentiate the bank in a competitive marketplace.
- Collaboration and Consistency : Work with cross-functional teams across the bank to ensure compliance and quality of the deliverables. Maintain consistency in the brand voice, look / feel, and messaging
- Service Excellence : Adhere to all levels of our Service Excellence standards and complete annual compliance courses.
- Industry Regulations : Adhere specifically to all corporate policies and procedures. Also adhere to Federal and State regulations and laws; including, the Bank Secrecy Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Flexibility : Perform other duties as required.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Knowledge & Experience : These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.
Physical Demands / Work Environment : Vision, hearing, speech, dexterity, visual concentration. A valid driver’s license is required. Must have the ability to stand, walk, sit and use hands and fingers. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The environment is a professional office with standard office equipment.
Cognitive Requirements : Learning, thinking, concentration, ability to exercise self-control, ability to work in a customer relations’ environment. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team.
