VP CORPORATE BANKING - BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for the administration and supervision of the Marketing Area for all products and services while achieving monthly and year-end business plan forecast, goals, and targets. Accountable for handling the overall Retail, Sales, Leasing, and Dealer Relationships (Direct or Indirect). Responsible for the implementation of internal bank guidelines, policies, and procedures. Maximizes retail and leasing production, promotion, and implements plans, programs, and services while controlling and reducing operational expenses.

Administrates, supervises, and monitors to achieve monthly budget for retail and lease products.
Develops, promotes, maintains, and strengthens our current retail and leasing dealers and any other future relationships. Keeps a dealer penetration (Wip) of 60% in all dealers assigned.
Works to develop at least two new relationships, dealers with potential to generate a 10% of the budget for retail or lease contracts.
Develops processes and controls to avoid increases in delinquency. Maintains a disbursement mix of contracts of 60% Quality Factors A, B, C and 40% D, E, F.
Keeps dealers updated on new retail and leasing programs, special events, contests, and follows up to ensure full understanding of the same. Introduces new programs, among other related responsibilities.
Prepares monthly reports, presents reports to Auto Administration Managers, and indicates any trends in the Market.
Supervises teams of Auto Regional Managers directly and indirectly the teams of Sales Agents and Leasing Executives.
Other Responsibilities
Informs dealers on all processes of auto loans.
Develops internal activities to motivate the sales team.
Performs monthly meetings with the sales team.
Meets with customers.

The degree of judgment is related to the identification and definition of new problems of moderate complexity.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has supervisory responsibilities, directly supervising the Auto Regional Managers.
