REPORTS TO: Elementary Principal
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Support the school community by maintaining office supplies and classroom resources in an organized central location.
QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS: The employee is a Christian with an authentic and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ in both his or her professional and personal life with a calling and commitment to Christian education. Must have excellent interpersonal and computer skills, the ability to present information concisely and effectively, confidentially handle sensitive information, organize and prioritize work, multi-task and work independently with little supervision, and must be a team player.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for maintaining, ordering, and inventorying office supplies, paper, and toner for the school.
- Responsible for creating purchase orders and keeping a record of all orders for balancing monthly credit card transactions.
- Support teachers with copy requests.
- Support elementary with student supervision duties (i.e. arrival, dismissal, lunch, etc)
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Model cooperative, respectful, responsible, and spiritually-minded behavior.
- Work with colleagues in a team setting.
- Punctuality is expected in daily report time, assigned duties, and paperwork.
- Follow policies, and procedures as outlined by the administration.
- Other duties as assigned by the Principals and Nurse
