Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and Christ-centered Lower School Teacher who will nurture the academic, spiritual, and emotional development of young students. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a dynamic, engaging curriculum for students in early elementary grades (K-5), integrating core subjects such as Bible, language arts, math, science, and social studies.
- Infuse biblical teachings and Christian values throughout lessons and classroom activities, encouraging students to grow in their faith and understanding of God's Word.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where students feel safe, loved, and valued.
- Foster spiritual growth by leading daily Bible lessons, prayer times, and chapel experiences.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and observations, providing individual support and encouragement to promote success.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues, collaborating as part of a team to support each child’s academic and personal growth.
- Promote character development and moral integrity by integrating Christian teachings into everyday classroom interactions.

Qualifications:
