PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Department: Tech Arts Ministry
Reports to: Tech Arts Pastor
SUMMARY
To technically support ministry productions for First Naples and oversee the equipping of the Tech Arts staff.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of First Naples.
- Assists the Tech Arts Pastor to work toward excellence in all areas of the ministry.

Basic personal responsibilities:
- Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, and meditation.
- Lead yourself and your home towards Honesty, Honor, Humility, Hunger, the Holy Spirit, and Health (Emotional, Spiritual, Financially, and Physically).
- Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
- Faithfully support the ministries of First Naples by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
- Maintain active participation in an adult-group.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of First Naples (Colossians 3:23-24).
SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all presentation systems are configured and ready for all events as scheduled.
- Support scheduled event productions.
- Help coordinate the sharing of event spaces among all ministries.
- Have a keen focus on the AVL needs of First Baptist Academy
- Direct the equipping of paid staff and volunteer staff of the Tech Arts Ministry through a comprehensive training program developed in coordination with the Tech Arts Pastor.
- Direct the scheduling and staffing of Tech Arts staff for all worship events.
- Maintain and update AVL equipment around the entire campus.
- Develop policies and procedures for the multiplication of the Tech Arts ministry for future church plants.
- Research and develop new technologies used for worship and event productions.
- Cooperate with the Tech Arts Pastor by performing any other duties when asked to do so.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A servant's heart for Jesus Christ and willingness to work and be available at different hours.
- Professional experience supporting event productions in the technical arts.
- Problem solving skills required.
- Be extremely well organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work well under pressure.
- Ability to formulate upgrade strategies, desire to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
- Must be able to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of computers and software (Macintosh/Apple, Adobe products, Google Apps Suite, MS Office products), required.
- Understanding of computer ethernet based computer networking.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus). The individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a diverse group of people, communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone, e-mail, and in person, and demonstrate tact and diplomacy. Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain strong working relationships with volunteers, co-workers, the public, and church members and regular attendees. The individual must have the ability to understand written or oral instructions; read, analyze and interpret complex documents, instruction manuals, and policies and procedures is essential.
REASONING ABILITY
The ability to simultaneously conceptualize and plan multiple tasks, project outcomes using different implementation strategies, and apply creative and innovative thinking to problem situations is required. The ability to work effectively and efficiently under stressful conditions to ensure deadlines are met is essential.
