Position Overview
We seek a Pastor of Community Life, Discipleship, and Outreach to:
· Lead discipleship efforts, small groups, Sunday School, and Bible studies
· Foster strong church community and fellowship events
· Oversee outreach, missions, and partnerships with CBF/CBFNC
· Assist in church leadership, vision, and strategic planning
· Provide pastoral care, preach, and participate in worship services
Qualifications
· Degree in ministry/theology (M.Div. preferred)
· Experience in discipleship, outreach, and visionary church leadership
· Strong communication, organization, and pastoral skills
· Passion for spiritual growth and relational ministry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
