Pastor

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the spiritual growth and development of the congregation
- Preach and teach biblical principles and messages during worship services
- Provide pastoral care and counseling to individuals and families
- Conduct weddings, funerals, and other special ceremonies
- Plan and organize church events, programs, and activities
- Mentor and disciple church members in their faith journey
- Provide crisis intervention and support to those in need
- Manage conflicts within the church community

Qualifications:
- Ordained or licensed as a pastor or minister
- Strong knowledge of Christian theology and biblical teachings
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to provide Christian counseling and guidance
- Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
