Job Family Operations Job Title General Labor Reports To Production Supervisor Job Role Description Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management Maintain a safe and clean work space Record hourly production rates Effectively monitor production equipment Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor Comply with all safety and health regulation Must be available to work, work flexible hours, and work overtime on last minute notification. Must be able to perform all physical job requirements. Some heavy lifting required. Have a general working knowledge of part numbers, parts lists and their operations. Must complete training and meet all safety standards applicable to job, including Lockout/Tagout. Education Level High School Diploma or GED Knowledge, Skills and Experience Previous machine operating and manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Ability to following written and oral instructions
