The ideal candidate will possess a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in labor-intensive fabrication and assembly operations, including supervisory roles. Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our Hopkins facility team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in labor-intensive fabrication and assembly operations, including supervisory roles. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general supervision to production engineering, maintenance engineering, tool and die, bill of material coordination, model shop, and machine shop departments.
- Supervising and directing the production, installation, service, and repair of industrial products.
- Providing input on new products and product changes to minimize costs and promote efficient production processes.
- Maintaining a constant surveillance of product design and manufacturing processes for cost reduction and control.
