Job Description:
Performs all required administrative and office duties to fully support the Distribution Center Operations Team and to ensure efficient, well organized administrative processes in the Distribution Center.
3. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
¨ Manages all visitor and vendor access into facility ensuring safety processes are followed
¨ Coordinates schedules, meetings and activities for the purpose of supporting management with operational activities
¨ Responsible for compiling various reports and operational data entry
¨ Responds to various of inquiries from internal and external parties such as vendors for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction
¨ Monitors and maintains office and distribution center supply inventory using determined inventory levels; completes the purchase order requisition process working with the Purchasing Department
¨ Receives, sorts and distribute mail
¨ Ensures all charges are coded and reconciled to credit cards and distributed to accounting accurately and timely
¨ Capture, tracks, and communicates data and information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
4. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
¨ High school diploma or GED
¨ Previous experience working in clerical/administration position
¨ Proficient in Microsoft Office software
5. COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
¨ Excellent organizational skills
¨ Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
¨ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
¨ Strong attention to detail
¨ Strong written and verbal communication skills
¨ Spanish speaking strongly preferred
