- Approve and oversee procedures for all system management activities, fostering consistency, adoption of best practices and continual improvement.
- Guide and train end users.
- Recommend items for inclusion in the department's annual operating budget, including in-production systems. Monitor and track departmental expenditures within approved budget.
- Analyze, design and implement process improvement changes across different departments.
- Collaborate with business leaders to manage implementation, training and support.
- Analyze potential solutions to support future needs.
- Calculate return on investment and execute activities with a focus on providing efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Plan and implement effective testing processes to ensure deliverables adhere to standards.
- Manage the ongoing performance of System team's output, projects and development.
- Build close partnerships with each Functional Leader within their business unit by understanding their business goals and delivering system solutions which create value and return on investment.
- Improve business unit capabilities through innovative technologies and processes.
- Recruit, develop and retain skilled talent to execute the technology strategy and vision supporting our corporate initiatives.
- Ensure products and software platforms comply with the Federal regulations and data security standards.
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related area or equivalent experience.
- Requires 3 or more years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or 5 or more years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Requires experience with various core processing data mining systems.
- Requires strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite of products.
