Work Model: Onsite at our Leawood, KC location with the option of remote work one day/week.

This Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm role will be responsible for growing, retaining, and expanding client relationships. This includes providing comprehensive deposit-relationship client service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. This individual will manage a portfolio of client relationships and actively engage in portfolio growth.

In partnership with our Bankers, this individual will research and resolve issues, answer client questions, and coordinate new client onboardings for deposit accounts and treasury management products. They will also handle ongoing maintenance for existing business clients.

• Promote treasury management services within Specialty Finance and other bank products to both existing and prospective clients.
• Provide high degree of personal service to internal and external clients. Serve as the Treasury Management relationship primary point of contact to assist with client inquiries daily and pre-qualify clients for treasury solutions.
• Manage new client onboarding and ongoing maintenance for the assigned portfolio, including client documentation, document preparation, and product setup information gathering.
• Prepare and present deposit and treasury proposals including proposal document preparation and modeling of account analysis fee proforma as a member of the sales team.
• Provide on-going support, including annual reviews, for all assigned deposit only and deposit/loan clients.
• Identify and evaluate product and service needs, either in the annual review process or in discussions with a client during an on-site visit.
• Analyze client balances and service charges to provide advice regarding the best account and service plan for the client or prospect.
• Be knowledgeable about all deposit and treasury products offered by First Business Financial Services.
  
  

Education And/or Experience Requirements

• 5 years of Treasury experience
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
• Knowledge of all bank services and products, including those of the competition.
• Excellent client relationship skills used to develop quality client relationships and to provide superior client service.
• Ability to generate deposits through promotion of the bank and to project a positive bank image with the local community.
• Good sales and negotiating skills, and knowledge of treasury management products to serve clients’ needs, both present and future.
• High level of comfort and interest working with bank core systems and treasury management products.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and risk management tools and technologies.
• Ability to keep up with the latest trends and developments in treasury management technology
