This Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm role is responsible for providing the highest level of client service to all Bank clients, prospects and employees utilizing in-depth knowledge of treasury Bank products and services by researching problems and answering questions, processing transactions, and coordinating new client onboarding (deposit account and treasury management products).
No sales goals!
Work Model: Onsite at our Madison, WI location with the option of remote work two days/week.
- Provide high degree of personal service to internal and external clients. Assist with client inquiries daily and pre-qualify clients or prospects for treasury products.
- Coordinate new client onboarding and ongoing maintenance for TM Sales Officers which includes client documentation, document preparation, and product set-up information gathering. May assist TM Sales Officers in client profiling to define custom service offering for treasury products and reviews all client contracts for accuracy.
- Proactively assists TM Sales Officers to develop deposit and treasury proposals including proposal document preparation and modeling of account analysis fee proforma.
- Monitor monthly exception reports (rate and fee exceptions) and coordinate renewal or removal of exceptions with TM Sales Officers.
- Prepare and schedule account reviews for all assigned merit level clients.
Education and/or experience requirements:
- 2 years’ work experience in banking services preferred
- High level of comfort and interest working with bank core systems
- High level of client service awareness and eagerness to problem solve directly with clients.
- Well-developed customer and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak clearly, understandably, and listen to clients/prospective clients and co-workers.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, including a demonstrated adherence to all Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC laws, plus completion of all training addressing this topic.
