Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to services.
- Analyze customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Must be able to type 35 wpm
- Speak clearly
