Snowden Companies and First Call Commercial Building Services has a Business Manager opportunity available. If you possess a keen eye for details, able to prioritize tasks as instructed and capable of managing long term and short-term responsibilities, and oversee a small team of employees and tenant then this is a great opportunity for you. These successful businesses have been serving the Traverse City area for well over twenty years. The main focus is Commercial Property; Brokerage, Management and Property/Facility Repair.
This position will oversee day to day operations of the Property Management and Facility Repair division while providing support to the Brokerage division. There will be many responsibilities which require focus, so those who can complete tasks on deadlines are encouraged to apply.
Your professional background should include experience with; a demonstrated knowledge of office equipment, a basic understanding of QuickBooks, ability to read and understand financial reports and contracts, experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe applications, project management applications and exposure to Apple and Mac products. A general understanding of construction is a plus but not required.
This position is an in person opening has a daytime shift offering four to five day a week scheduling.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
