Position Summary
First Call Digital Agency is offering a full-time position serving as a Content Marketing Specialist for our digital agency clients.
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the creative execution of content strategies, managing brand elements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that supports the digital agency’s and clients' brand and business objectives.
- Job Status: Full Time – 35 hours a week.
- Pay: up to $19-$23/hour DOE
Position Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of diverse content types, including graphics, written copy, and video editing, ensuring they meet the agency's quality standards and client's brand guidelines.
- Manage brand guides, brand element creation, and brand alignment, ensuring consistency across all content deliverables.
- Creation of content calendars that are dynamic and involve both in-house and outside resources.
- Owning the outcomes of those calendars to drive leads, conversions, and ROI for clients.
- Owning the timeline, delivery, and management of those deliverables. Including communication with clients to obtain needed input to complete content delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Services & Strategic Services Managers to ensure alignment with sales, operational goals, and client success criteria.
- Contribute to the optimization of content-related processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ideally, our applicant will have marketing and social media experience running successful campaigns.
- Great collaborator and can coordinate well with our marketing team to understand the purpose and style of the content piece. Is receptive to positive and negative feedback to improve the quality of content delivery
- ChatGPT and AI experience is a benefit.
- Excellent self-management and can work within due dates to deliver consistent quality content on a weekly basis.
- Comfortable varying voice and style based on the industry, company, or target audience.
- Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.
- Capable of quick revisions & self-editing.
- Understanding of SEO-based copywriting and the ability to implement requested keywords seamlessly into copy.

We are a child company of First Call Computer Solutions, a Missoula-based IT company. We have an office downtown near the XXXs. We offer digital marketing services to a range of companies but we specialize in marketing IT Companies outside of Montana. We also offer web-only packages to Montana small businesses that are focused on strengthening their digital presence.
