Location : Anderson, IN
Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM
Pay Range : $75,000 - $80,000

First Call Direct Hire is actively recruiting for a 3rd Shift Logistics Supervisor to lead and manage warehouse operations during the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee logistics activities in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and material delivery to production.
- Develop and maintain standard workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and allocate workloads, ensuring resources are effectively utilized based on staffing and production needs.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance investigations, and implementation of corrective measures.
- Communicate material shortages and issues with internal teams and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by enforcing 5S / 3D practices.
- Supervise, train, and develop staff while fostering a team-oriented work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Provide leadership during the night shift and ensure smooth handoffs with other shifts.
