Quality Technician

Location : Gallatin, TN

Schedule : Full-time | Salaried Role

Salary Range : $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Are you an energetic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Quality Inspector and play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. This hands-on position involves close collaboration with the production team on the factory floor and direct interaction with company leadership, reporting to the Owner.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct quality assurance inspections at various production stages to ensure premier product delivery.
Identify and address quality issues within production departments, applying root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Mentor and develop team members to meet quality expectations while maintaining efficient production schedules.
Inspect incoming materials before unloading to confirm they meet production standards.
Implement quality improvement strategies to enhance product consistency and reliability.
Record and track warranty expenditures (materials and labor) with a focus on minimizing costs.
Develop and distribute daily / weekly quality reports to track performance and improvements.

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards.

Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify quality improvements.

Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide production teams.

Effective communication skills for reporting quality issues and collaborating with leadership.
