This role involves working with both power and hand tools to restore properties to their pre-loss condition. Responsibilities

• Perform fire restoration services, ensuring properties are returned to their original state.
• Execute water damage restoration tasks, including assessing damage and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various restoration projects.
• Collaborate with team members to build and restore structures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate with clients regarding the progress of restoration projects and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire restoration techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus.
• Experience in water damage restoration and mold remediation is essential.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of asbestos abatement procedures is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
