Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist for our 988 Lifeline Program to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems that ensure the efficiency and quality of our Call Center processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory standards, particularly with extreme attention to details. The Quality Control Specialist will play a crucial role in data collection, quality inspection, and compliance with 988 Lifeline regulations. Must be at least 21yrs of age and have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring and reviewing call logs and text reports to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing control systems and recommend improvements based on performances.
- Implement quality assurance protocols in alignment with 988 Lifeline standards.
- Perform quality inspections and data collection to monitor compliance with 988 Lifeline regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to control systems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality systems, inspections, and compliance reports.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of organizational and detailing skills.
- Experience with using computers and audio equipment.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Call Center Operations and reporting/recording systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
