This is a full time role for a Service Dispatcher at First Call Heating & Cooling. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for proficiency in answering incoming calls, dispatching technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely ordering of parts, outbound calls for future appointments and maintaining effective communication with clients. Continually promoting company products and services in the most professional manner to build strong, lasting client relationships.
