Position: Business Development Executive
Reports to: CEO
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will oversee the growth and operations of multiple departments, including Recruitment and Retention, Sales and Marketing, First Call In-Home Care, and First Bite Organics. This role will also require taking on assignments from the CFO, CEO, and COO to support the team as needed. The position is critical to driving the strategic growth of the company’s services and ensuring operational excellence across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Retention
- Meet goals for hiring quality staff in all business/departments.
- Meet goals for retention of staff by analyzing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement.
- Conduct annual employee engagement surveys for all entities.
- Provide monthly reports on KPIs for employee recruitment and retention.
- Plan and organize recruitment and retention events.
- Supervise the Recruitment and Retention staff.
2. Sales and Marketing:
- Oversee and guide sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth across all business units.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for meeting sales targets.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to promote services and drive client acquisition.
- Collaborate with teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
3. First Call In-Home Care:
- Lead and develop initiatives for growth and operational efficiency.
- Focus on caregiver retention to meet monthly billable hour targets.
- Drive growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support as necessary.
4. First Bite Organics:
- Develop and oversee initiatives to increase business growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and optimize business operations.
- Lead efforts to drive expansion and ensure operational goals are met.
- Provide monthly performance reports.
5. Other Duties:
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all client, employee, and facility information.
- Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and any other business-related events.
- Be flexible and willing to travel or work offsite as required for business expansion.
Qualifications/Skills:
- A minimum of a 4-year degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred or equivalent experience in running a small business.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
