Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Conduct thorough floor care including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
