Position: Assembly Tech
Pay Rates:
✅ 1st Shift:
- $13.00/hr (No Experience)
- $13.50/hr (With Experience)
✅ 2nd Shift:
- $15.00/hr (No Experience)
- $15.50/hr (With Experience)
Position Overview

Essential Job Functions:
✅ Work safely in a manufacturing environment.
✅ Follow standardized work instructions and processes.
✅ Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
✅ Complete required documentation, records, and reports.
✅ Identify and respond to abnormalities in the process.
✅ Use key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
✅ Communicate effectively with management regarding concerns or issues.
✅ Attend training sessions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
✔ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
✔ Ability to follow instructions and improve skills over time.
✔ Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing plant setting with required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, etc.).
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Occasionally required to lift up to 60 lbs.
Repetitive tasks required.
Moderate to loud noise levels.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Exposure to a multicultural workplace is a plus.
