Job Description

First Call Staffing Indianapolis is hiring for Safety Coordinator for the Kokomo area.

This will be 4-16 weeks in duration, 8am to 4pm. $23-$25 depending on experience

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

Entering purchase requisitions
Electronically filing safety documentation
Sourcing safety items such as boots for employees and help with other items that come along.
Reporting to management
Perform other related duties
Work is on-site at our client's facility - not a remote position.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Basic office administration skills / experience.

Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, Outlook and Excel

Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills

Meet the specific accountability requirements of the roll at all times

Ability to multitask, maintain sales files, office machines and bulletin boards

Requirements :

Position also requires HS / GED
