The Bank is currently seeking an experienced Bank Systems Administrator to join our team. This position will have primary responsibility for supporting Fiserv Premier Core and ancillary banking systems and will serve as a liaison between IT and various departments to facilitate the implementation of business requirements related to the core banking system. This includes serving as a technical resource during the discovery, testing, change management, and post-implementation support phases of projects.
The Bank Systems Administrator will apply their communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to advise the bank on appropriate technology decisions. This role will also be responsible for technical support on change management and process improvement opportunities, as well as other duties in support of overall bank operations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting banking systems and/or operations, with a focus on Fiserv Core banking systems (Premier, Director, Payment Exchange, etc.).
- Proficiency in Fiserv System Administration and year-end processes and Unisys platforms.
- Experience in Application Management, testing, project management, change management, incident management, and release management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking core business process and operations.
- Proven experience with business and technical analysis, testing methodologies, configuration management, and relationship management.
- Excellent computer operation skills; including Microsoft Office product suite.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support the Fiserv Premier core banking software, including day-to-day task management and administering updates/patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of application-related issues, including software errors, configuration issues, data inconsistencies, and performance problems.
- Provide support to the operations of the banks; may include document imaging or operations projects.
- Document helpdesk tickets and respond to end-users in a professional manner; proactively and efficiently maintain helpdesk tickets assigned to them.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Implement and test updates/patches for Fiserv Premier core ancillary applications.
- Develop and coordinate training programs to educate staff on best practices within subject matter area.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and care.
- Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
