REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in a loan servicing role and 1-3 years insurance tracking and escrow experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Federal and State regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Prior experience with FiServ loan servicing software.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform daily operational processes, including: escrow and insurance tracking, payment & payoff processing, exception item processing, file maintenance, and loan booking.
- Promptly respond to loan servicing requests Actively contribute to the department's productivity, efficiency, and expense control goals.
- Pursue continuing education to stay abreast of evolving regulations and industry standards.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
