Job Overview:
Join our fast-paced and thriving chiropractic office! We are seeking a detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task with a smile, provide essential support in administrative tasks and patient care within a chiropractic office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of our chiropractic office.
- Schedule appointments, charge patients, receive payments, and answer phones.
- Sanitize and clean rooms, keep patient flow organized, assist patients, doctors, and staff.
- Order supplies when needed and stock items in the office.
- Precert patients, send out appeals, obtain referrals, and get insurance fee schedules.
- Send out records and bill the responsible party for outstanding balances.
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims.
- Manage patient billing and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Computer literacy for managing electronic health records
- Clerical skills for maintaining office operations smoothly
- Proficiency in phone systems to handle patient calls effectively
- Experience in a medical or dental office environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Administrative experience in supporting office functions
- High energy and outgoing personality.

Work Schedule:
- Option 1: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Option 2: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Option 3: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, plus every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
