What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant position at First Care Medical?
Our medical office has an immediate need for an organized, energetic, charismatic, well spoken and reliable chiropractic assistant to aid new patients. We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. You are the face of our company when you speak to our patients on the phone and in person. We do require a positive and vibrant speaker. No experience is needed we will train the right person. We promote from within, so career advancement is a possibility with this position.
Must be able to work a Monday - Friday schedule.
Must Have:
- Spanish language fluency helpful - not required
- Greeting in a courteous manner - including going over all necessary paperwork and collecting payments
- Provide patients with initial assessment paperwork and evaluate for completion
- Answering calls and providing patient support with miscellaneous questions
- Ensure accuracy of patient accounts, such as accurate billing address and contact information
- Assisting patients with scheduling follow-up appointments
- Office upkeep and making sure common space is clean and clutter free
- Other office duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
