Front Desk Receptionist

We do require Spanish speaking candidates because about 50- 60% of our patients are Spanish speakers. Our practice is referral based we work on maintaining relationships with the chiropractors, attorneys and other medical providers that refer their patients to our office. We are looking for a reliable, happy, enthusiastic and hard-working personality that thrives in building relationships. We are a medical office who works with personal injury patients being patient centric is our number one priority.

The job responsibilities will be to answer phones, call new and existing patients, scheduling patients, email our referring providers and attorneys. Confirm appointments, reschedule cancel and no-show appointments. Help our patients with office paperwork. Check patients in and out of office, assist medical assistant and provider. Being a team player will be essential. Patient interaction will be a big part of the job. Experience is not needed; we will train the right person! This position is Monday- Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM. If you are a student, please make sure you can work a 8:00AM -6:00PM schedule.
