What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager – Digital Banking Projects & Support position at First Carolina Bank?
Position Purpose:
· This position is responsible for the operational lead in initiatives, projects and change of processes for BM Technologies, Inc (BM Tech) Bank Operations team. It is responsible for maintaining the administration for FIS, BIC Reporting and MasterCard Connect, and set ups in the systems for BM Tech Bank Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Operational lead for BM Tech new initiatives, issues and changes in processes.
· FIS Portal Administrator – provision/remove employees access to system, granting rights, ability to create and approve project requests.
· Manage New School Setup in FIS.
· Manage parameter changes and updates (Bank Control Entry).
· Review FIS card material requests for reasonableness.
· Review and provide 1st level approval of invoices.
· Forecasting monthly FIS billing for accounting.
· Process closing and purging of inactive and test accounts.
· BIC Scheduler Administrator - manage reports catalogue and annual calendar updates.
· Ad-hoc BIC report writing.
· MasterCard Security and Department Administrator.
· Procedure/process updates.
· Assist Manager – Deposit Services with B-Notice identification and reporting as needed.
· Assist Manager – Deposit Services with 1099-INT and 1099-MISC reporting as needed.
· Assist with Annual Vendor Reviews.
· Assist with Business Continuity Planning.
· Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
Position adheres to confidentiality policy, code of ethics and knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and best practices and other pertinent Regulatory laws and regulations.
Required:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking operations
· Knowledge of banking laws and regulations
· Knowledge of Banking products and services
· Strong computer skills
· Exceptional human relations and communication skills
· Procedure/policy writing capability
· Ability to learn and adapt to regulatory changes and company growth
Preferred:
· College Degree
· Management of production and/or administration of FIS and associated products.
· Product and Service development and implementation experience in a lead or management capacity
· Project Management experience
