The right candidate will have the capability to take the hotel to the highest level of customer service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction, provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintain a unique guest experience, marketing/sales, executing brand standards and building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.
-All candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in hotel operations
-A self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry
-Flexibility to work a variety of schedules and hours as business dictates
-Energetic with excellent customer service skills
-Ability to develop team member to their fullest potential
-Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a positive attitude
-IHG, Hampton Inn and Hilton hotel experience is a plus
-Be able to analyze financials to drive revenues, future profitability and maximize market share
