This is an in-office position located in our Downtown Fort Worth corporate office .   The US Field Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various retail positions within FirstCash pawn stores, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to find top talent while ensuring alignment with company hiring standards and goals, often collaborating with store managers to fill critical roles within their locations.       Responsibilities : Candidate Sourcing - Actively seek potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels to build a diverse talent pool.    Screening and Interviewing - Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role, including evaluating their customer service abilities and understanding of pawn industry practices.    Job Posting Management - Create and update job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and clarity in job descriptions to attract relevant candidates.    Candidate Evaluation - Review resumes, assess candidate skills, and provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making.   Relationship Building - Build strong relationships with store managers to understand their staffing needs, identify potential hiring gaps, and proactively source qualified candidates.   Compliance Management - Adhere to all federal and state employment laws, including equal opportunity employment practices, during the recruitment process.  Travel – as needed (5%-10%) to various regions to assist Stores with special hiring needs.   M                     Required Skills and Competencies :

  • Retail Recruitment Experience – Minimum of 2 years of p r oven full-cycle recruiting experience for retail environments, ideally within the pawn industry.  Sourcing Skills - Proficiency in ATS platforms, utilizing various recruitment channels like online job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates.   Interviewing Techniques - Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess candidates' abilities and potential for success within the role.  Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.    Organizational Excellence - Ability to manage a high volume of candidates throughout the recruitment process while maintaining accurate records.  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively.  Results-driven, tracking metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.     Customer Service Focus - Understanding the importance of providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.    Professionalism – Must be self-disciplined, structured, and possess strong communication and follow-up skills.   • VACATION : Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full-time service. Eligible employees are provided an additional 1 week (40 hours) of vacation after completing one year of active employment and 2 weeks (80 hours) of vacation on each anniversary date thereafter (
  • if applicable, PTO / Vacation grant is adjusted in accordance with state / local municipality requirements).
  • SICK / PERSONAL : Eligible employees are granted 8 hours after 6 months of employment, to be used before the first anniversary and granted 16 hours each anniversary thereafter (years 2-10).
  • Tuition reimbursement is available for UP TO $2,000 per semester.
  • Employee discounts are available to all employees on the first day of active employment.
  • Earned Wage Access is available to all employees on the second day of employment. Employees can withdraw (up to) 50% of the wages earned up to five times in a monthly cycle.
