Pay Range : $115,000 - $125,000; plus the potential of a 20% annual bonus and DFS commission plan.
What makes an AFF Director of Field Sales :
- Oversees the execution of the Merchant Growth Strategy and the ASR Playbook for the assigned regions.
- Engages with Top Regional Merchants to achieve specific growth and profitability targets for each partnership.
- 3Plays a major part in the recruitment, training, and coaching of all sales personnel in collaboration with each RSD to ensure the ASR Playbook is executed throughout the assigned regions.
- A “Player-Coach” that will travel 50-75% in the field monthly with Regional Sales Directors & Sales Team members facilitating merchant accountability discussions with the most challenging partnerships in each region.
- Attending Regional Trade shows, Group Meetings and Presentations delivering a first-class customer experience that represents AFF’s Core Values.
- Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to effectively overcome obstacles.
