Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products to individuals and businesses through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or online interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct needs assessments and provide personalized insurance recommendations
- Negotiate policies and rates with clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and sales reporting
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote insurance products
Skills:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including Spanish
- Experience in retail sales or sales administration
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
