Job Summary
The Employment Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding individuals towards successful employment opportunities. This position involves working closely with clients, particularly those with disabilities, to provide tailored support and resources. The Employment Advisor will leverage their expertise in workforce development, mentoring, and social work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes career growth and independence.
Qualifications:
A. High school or equivalent (Required)
and
Preferred two (2) years of college in related field and (2) years of rehabilitation program experience.
or
Preferred EST Certification and (2) years of rehabilitation program experience.
B. Must have a clean state limited criminal history, county police check
C. Will obtain upon hire and maintain an Operator for Hire Licenses.
D. Must possess and maintain a good driver’s record.
E. Must pass the FTA required drug and alcohol test, no DUI in the last 5 years.
F. Must have a negative TB screen
G. Must have no incidents filed in the Certified Nurse’s Assistant state registry.
H. Will obtain upon hire and maintain First Aid and CPR, Facilitator, and EST Certification after employment.
Proof of insurance for personal vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
