Now Hiring Chiropractic Assistant
**This job post is for a floater position. You will be required to work and travel where needed between our multiple office locations in Tucson. **
Qualifications:
- One plus years of experience in chiropractic office (Preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
- Proficient in Windows OS and multi-line phone systems
- Understanding of medical insurance and terminology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Ability to multi-task
- Be organized with attention to detail and take initiative in job duties
- Must have own transportation
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Conduct patient intake by gathering medical history and assessing needs.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
- Provide information on treatment plans and assist with patient care as needed.
- Maintain patient accounts with attention to detail and confidentiality utilizing an EHR system.
- Support the chiropractic team in daily operations and patient assessments.
- Perform insurance verifications and prior authorizations.
- Administer physiotherapies for patient care as prescribed by the office's Chiropractor.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the office and organization of it's supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
