What Your Day Looks Like
As a senior team member, you'll lead by example while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Your typical day involves traveling throughout the Tri-State area (NJ, PA, NY) in a company vehicle, where you'll:
Guide your team through complex installations, sharing your knowledge and experience to help others grow. You'll create an atmosphere where questions are welcomed and team members feel supported in their development. During installations, you'll coordinate with your team to:
· Conduct thorough site assessments and plan installation sequences
· Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths while creating learning opportunities
· Ensure proper safety protocols are followed and equipment is correctly handled
· Provide hands-on training and mentorship during complex procedures
· Maintain open communication with customers and project stakeholders
· Lead daily toolbox talks to discuss project goals and potential challenges
· Document progress and create detailed installation reports
· Celebrate team successes and provide constructive feedback for improvement

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- 2 years of mechanical installation experience

- Ability to work 10-hour days, Monday-Friday
