There are three primary goals of the Property Investment Specialist position: Find good deals through on market listings and attorney referrals, assess potential/current FCHB properties for repairs, and sell properties that would be a good fit for wholesale exit strategy.
Must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Responsiveness and speed are everything. Taking calls, returning email & voicemail messages, and providing information as quickly as possible is key to your success. High producing real estate roles require us to be connected.
You will need to be a people-oriented person with the ability to interact with others. The person will possess the ability to communicate with clear intent to get the job done, be dedicated to continuous improvement, and meeting company quality standards.
Specialist demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses and practicing scripts to improve.
General Job Responsibilities:
The Property Investment Specialist will focus primarily on cold calling and door knocking through provided lists from FCHB to schedule appointments to be taken by themselves if trained to do so or the manager.
Will maintain follow ups to leads until appointment is booked and afterwards if necessary.
Managing call lists and database entry will be a daily responsibility as well as daily check ins with Manager.
Job Types: Full Time, Part Time
Pay: Fully Commissioned. $1,000-$2,500/deal depending on skill set. If starting at the lower end the goal would be to get Specialist to the high end Bonus Opportunities
