What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Duty Nurse LPN/RN Siler City position at First Choice Home Care, Inc.?
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to care for a 7-year-old male in the Siler City, NC area. His home is only 15 minutes from Siler City or Sanford.
We have Monday - Thursday 7 am -5:30 pm. We offer competitive salaries and supportive administrative staff. Trach, vent, and G-tube experience preferred, but we are willing to train you.
- Licensed to practice as a LPN or RN in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid NC Driver’s License required
- Previous experience in the home setting desired
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of competent, quality nursing services according to the physician’s plan of care. The LPN is accountable for client assessment, planning of care, implementation of care, evaluation of interventions, and modifications to care that are based on educational preparation, competency, Agency Policies and Procedures, and the Registered Nurse’s scope of practice according to the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
