This is a contract Speech Language Pathologist role at First Choice Home Health & Hospice located in Orem, UT, with hybrid flexibility for remote work. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia. The role involves developing individualized therapy plans, providing patient education, and documenting progress.
- Speech Therapy, Speech, and Dysphagia expertise
- Experience in treating Communication and Language Disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certification is preferred
- Prior experience in a home health or hospice setting is a plus
