Assistant Maintenance needed for an 8 year old property located in Conroe, TX.
*Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in apartment maintenance or related, including experience in HVAC, Plumbing, minor Electrical, turn key and more .
* EPA certification is required
*Must be willing to alternate an after hours call schedule.
