What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Specialist position at First Choice Management, LLC?
We are marketing firm looking for someone who is responsible, a morning person with a great attitude and can be on time to input data on a computer system.
Flexibility with schedule is a MUST!!
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Data Retriever
2. Detail Oriented
3. Positive Outlook
4. Familiar with Excel
5. Works well in office environment.
6. Must type at least 45-60 wpm (will be tested on it)
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in word/excel/spread sheets
2. High School Graduate or GED
3. Use of creativity and organization skills without being told
4. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills with staff
5. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
6. Ability to work as a team player
7. Honest and Dependable
8. Fun and Energetic
9. Fast learner
Hours are
MON : 7AM - 4PM
TUES- THURS : 730AM - 430PM
FRI : 7AM - 4PM
Starting rate is $17 per hour.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 9 per week
