What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Manager for busy Call Center position at First Choice Management, LLC?

We are looking for a dynamic, high energy individual to join our team! This is a fast paced , fun position. You will be on your feet all day ensuring smooth operations across the floor and keeping the team motivated. No experience required but call center experience or Bilingual is a HUGE plus!!
Duties / Requirements :
- Motivate - Inspire and encourage the team to stay motivated and productive
- Tracking transfers & stats to ensure everything is running smoothly and fairly.
- Communicate - Act as the bridge between departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Paper flow management - Oversee the movement of paperwork across departments
- Keep the team happy ! If they need some water or some coffee make sure they stay caffeinated and hydrated.
- Be a team player
- Must pass a drug test
Hours are :
Monday - Friday
10am - 4pm
45 min lunch & 1 (15) minute break
Starting at $16/hr (Negotiable with experience)
