Requirements :
Covid Vaccination Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience
BLS / CPR Certification needed
Updated PPD (within the last year)
Active LPN / CNA License
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without restrictions
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Capability to bend and lift without restrictions
Job Duties :
As a member of our team, you will care for patients with professionalism and compassion. This role requires not only technical skills but also a calm and patient demeanor while providing essential care.
CNA Responsibilities :
Accurately record patient medical histories
Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate
Monitor patient conditions, including fluids, and maintain patient charts
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Collect lab samples as assigned
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Communicate relevant information to family members
LPN Responsibilities :
Delegate tasks to CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care
Administer medications and treatments as per MD orders
Perform wound care following doctor’s instructions
Admit or discharge patients according to facility protocols
Conduct ongoing patient assessments as directed
Explain medications and treatments to patients and their families following HIPAA guidelines
Knowledge of G-tubes, nebulizer treatments, and comfort with trach procedures is beneficial
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a CNA or LPN
Able to handle a variety of care tasks collaboratively
Familiar with healthcare regulations and sanitation standards
Understand nursing best practices and confidentiality obligations
Excellent grasp of medical terminology
Proficient in MS Office and data entry
Strong physical endurance and stamina
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate demeanor and resilience under stress
Completion of the CNA or LPN program is required
