We are looking for experienced RNs with at least 2 years of general nursing experience and 1 year in either Telemetry, Emergency Room, ICU, or PCU.
As a registered nurse, you will develop, implement, and evaluate care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
Your role will encompass nursing acts involving the observation, care, and counseling of individuals or groups who are unwell or navigating health changes, while promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver nursing care to patients who are ill, injured, or disabled.
Diagnose and establish treatment plans tailored for patients.
Monitor and document any changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Communicate effectively with physicians and specialists regarding patient care.
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for each patient.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Emergency Room, Telemetry, PCU, or ICU, with a total of 2 years of general RN experience.
Proficient with medical software and equipment.
Ability to establish rapport and trust with patients.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Requirements :
Covid Vaccine or an approved declination.
1 year minimum experience in Telemetry, Emergency Room, PCU, or ICU, along with 2 years of general RN experience.
BLS / CPR Certification.
Updated PPD within the last year.
Active RN License.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without restrictions.
Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods without limitations.
