LED Lighting industry or electronics/technical products/or architectural industry or like preferred!

Seeking an energetic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, preferring experience in the lighting industry and ability to work in a team environment.
*Working directly with larger customers, The Inside Sales Rep/Quotations Specialist works directly with customers and vendors with their designs/layouts and recommends the best product, provides accurate quotes, enters orders and info in Salesforce and NetSuite and troubleshoots the order to installation troubleshooting any issues.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
• Provide pricing, availability and lead time information for incoming quote requests.
• Provide technical information or suggest alternate product solutions where necessary.
• Ensure accuracy of quotations and submittals with a high level of attention to detail
• Work within the production structure to establish order priorities, changes, updates and scheduling of new work. Arrange for company deliveries and others, as necessary.
• Work with sales and marketing on new agents, training, new products, technical needs.
• Communicate with outside sales and sales management on quotation requests, change requests and bid strategies.
• Utilizing ERP and CRM platforms.
• Monitor and work with the team on any field issues and/or requirements.
Qualifications
• Experience in Lighting Industry or like
• Bluebeam software is preferred to do take offs on drawings
• A strong desire to contribute to the team effort
• Strong written and communication skills
• Attention to detail
- Friendly disposition
- Outstanding work ethic
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
- Experience with ERM and CRM systems
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong decision making and analytical ability
• 2 years Inside Sales experience in the lighting industry or like, preferred
- College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
