Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Roof Sales Representative who can hit the ground running and contribute to our sales team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in roofing sales, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of roofing materials and techniques and the insurance process for storm damage.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Ability to climb roofs up to 12/12 pitch
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments
- Present and explain roofing products and services to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a roof salesman or in a similar sales role (2 years )
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
- In-depth knowledge of insurance process for filing insurance claims
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb roofs and perform physical assessments
