Key Responsibilities
As a Retirement Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, goals, and priorities to develop personalized retirement plans.
- Plan Implementation: Collaborate with clients to implement their customized retirement plans, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing support.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous guidance and education to clients, adapting to their evolving needs and objectives.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in financial services, particularly working with public employees (teachers, 403b, 457 market). A 215 insurance license is required, and a Series 65 license is highly desirable.
